Lost Worlds Concept Spaceships

At long last it's starting to all come together to make something rather special, well I think so. I'm planning to design all the ships, characters, locations and other assets in Maya modeling software first and then use simple storyboard and previs for planning out the visual shots for my comic book saga. Thankfully the story is in it's third iteration and its better than ever with more development and focus in the right places. In the mean time, I've finished the first few low poly models. Maya Skills Update

As 2015 draws to an end, I've been working hard on my Maya skills to bring it up to the next level. But also having fun by creating some concept spaceships for my comic book and also practicing some recognizable models. This is a low poly model from the Star Wars franchise with a lot of detail to practice form and shapes, UV editing and texture in 3D Coat and Quixel. later, next year I will rig the ATST and animate it. Then migrate it into an Unreal Engine environment and set up some controls with first and third person views using the HTC vive. Should be awesome when complete, but for now this is it. I'm immensely happy and proud of the result.
